Each yearly iOS update leaves some older devices in the dust. New features often require technology that earlier iPhones did not have. If you have an iPhone with a physical Home button, you won’t be eligible for iOS 17. The following list of iPhones are eligible for the iOS 17 update. You can look up your model number in Settings > General > About.
