You can use the Mail app on your iPhone with other email accounts from popular providers including Microsoft, Gmail, and Yahoo. This makes it easy to manage all of your email in one place.

Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account.
Choose from one of the popular email providers listed, or choose Other for an email provider not listed.

Once you’ve connected an account, you can choose what information to share with your iPhone in Settings > Mail > Accounts > [email provider].

You are not restricted to using Apple’s Mail app. Many other email providers, like Gmail, have an app you can download from the App Store.
