Reminders are a great way to keep track of the details of your life. You can set a reminder for a certain date and time or based on leaving or arriving at a location. You can also set flags and create subtasks. You can share reminders and sync them between devices. You can quickly add a reminder using Siri too. Your Reminders home page gives you an overview of your current reminders at a glance, as shown below.
Adding a reminder
Open Reminders and tap + New Reminder.
Add a title for the note. Add notes if needed.
Tap Details to add a due date/time, tags, a location reminder, or to add a reminder to a chat. You can also add a flag, set priority, and even add an image. Tap Add to complete the reminder, or tap Back to return to the prior screen.
Select the list you want to add this reminder to, then click Add to complete.
Using Siri to set a reminder
Summon Siri and say “set a reminder” or “set a reminder for 10 a.m. tomorrow,” or “set a reminder to call Joe tomorrow.”
If Siri doesn’t have enough information to complete the request, she’ll come back and ask you for details.
